Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Process Equipment and Fabrication
WW Industries is looking for a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative with a strong technical background in process equipment manufacturing including but not limited to skid packages, separators, treaters, flare stacks, and heat exchangers. Experience in welding, machining, and manufacturing processes is highly desirable. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and delivering tailored technical solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on industry expertise with a customer-centric sales approach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the process equipment field, manufacturing, welding, and machining sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including shop owners, plant managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer applications and challenges.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals
- Maintain a regular schedule of in-person customer visits to build trust and understand evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, purchasing, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of process equipment, welding processes, machine shop practices, and manufacturing workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Degree or certification in Welding Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in Upstream or Downstream Oil and Gas, Pressure Vessels & Piping and Structural Fabrication.
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales role serving in either manufacturing, fabrication, or process equipment industries.- Familiarity with CNC machining, fabrication, and industrial supply chains.
- Experience working with OEMs, contract manufacturers, or fabrication shops.- Base salary + commission
