Customer Service / Estimator – Metal Fabrication

We’re looking for a Customer Service / Estimator to join our growing metal fabrication team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, preparing quotes, and keeping projects organized from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person

- Prepare detailed quotes and estimates for fabrication jobs

- Review drawings, specifications, and materials for accuracy

- Coordinate with shop staff to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed on time

- Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in metal fabrication, construction, or manufacturing estimating preferred

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings a plus

- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

- Proficient with computers (Excel, Word, email, estimating software helpful)
