What You’ll Be Doing
•Develop and grow your sales territory by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
•Build long-term relationships with builders, designers, architects, and contractors.
•Use a consultative sales approach to match clients with the right products for their projects.
•Manage key accounts while continuously prospecting for new clients.
•Leverage CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
•Stay ahead of industry trends and represent Builder Supply Group with professionalism and expertise.
Who You Are
•A proven sales closer with at least 3+ years experience in outside sales and 2+ years in the building finishes industry (wood flooring, tile, stone, countertops, etc.).
•A natural relationship-builder with a strong existing network of builders, designers, and industry professionals.
•A self-motivated go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
•Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
•Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and networking on a daily basis to drive new business.
•Willing to go the extra mile for clients, including occasional after-hours calls and weekend availability when needed.
