The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of customer service skills and sales expertise to effectively promote our products and services in the market.
- Forge New Business Partnerships: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach to key decision-makers.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
- Drive Sales and Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets by skillfully presenting custom aluminum doors and windows, emphasizing their unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct B2B sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Proven experience in direct sales, outside sales, or territory management is preferred.
- Strong background in technology sales or account management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to generate leads.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
