Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to lead our canvassing efforts in promoting our initiatives and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for outreach, and the ability to effectively communicate our mission. This role involves managing a team of canvassers, strategizing outreach efforts, and ensuring that our goals are met through effective canvassing techniques.

Duties

- Lead and manage a team of canvassers in door-to-door outreach efforts.

- Develop and implement canvassing strategies to maximize community engagement.

- Train team members on effective communication techniques, negotiation skills, and fundraising strategies.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of canvassing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.

- Foster relationships with community members to promote our initiatives and gather valuable feedback.

- Utilize telemarketing skills to supplement door-to-door efforts when necessary.

- Collaborate with other departments to align canvassing efforts with overall organizational goals.

- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and report on progress regularly.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or customer service roles is preferred.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.

- Experience in telemarketing or door-to-door canvassing is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
