Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are a a fast growing solar installation company and in the process of opening our Dallas, TX office and more. Solar is growing industry due to the electricity grid’s power demand and rising rates for homeowners across the country. We are building a sales team for summer 2026 in Dallas, TX

As a sale representative, you are client’s first impression of us as a company. We believe in giving people with no prior sales experience the chance to succeed. If you bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn, we’ll provide everything else.

We have an in house training platform to teach the sales pitch regarding script, body language, and even the tonality to speak with.

Learn a high income skillset that transfers to all industries.

Average sales rep makes ~$26,000 in their first summer and 6 figures plus in their second summer.

Duties

- Be the hardest worker in the room. Sales is an inputs = outputs game.

- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and overcome objections.

- Engage in team activities such as top golf, basketball, or pickleball.

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and people skills.

- Always have a willingness to learn and grow. The sales rep that asks the most questions is usually the highest performer.

- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

- A positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

- A history as a competitive athlete is preferred.
