The Outbound Customer Engagement Specialist serves as the first point of contact for our warm outbound lead generation campaign. This role will focus on engaging via outbound phone calls and text messages with warm leads who have expressed interest in our services through online platforms. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers via phone, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our sales professionals to close at a later time.
This is an entry level position that does not require any previous sales experience. This position also offers a pathway to becoming a full service sales professional.

· Performance Incentive on Sold Appointments – Paid out Bi-Weekly, but tracked on a monthly basis for tiers.
o Appointment sold that was set by you
§ First 25 sales = $40 per sale
§ 25 - 50 sales = $60 per sale
§ 51 - 75 sales -$80 per sale
§ Example: 80 sales total for the month. First 25 sales $40 ($1,000), Next 25 sales $60 ($1,500), Next 25 sales $80 ($2000) Last 5 sales 100 ($500) . Total payout = $5,000 pre-tax.
o At the end of every 2 week period, calculations will be totaled and reported to Managers to approve and send to employee
o Each month starts a new total to be tracked
