Job Description:
Support organization strategic initiatives through management and development of corporate policies, programs, and procedures relating to organizational development and manage People and Culture strategies and processes in support of these corporate strategies and initiatives. Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities. Apply and integrate predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision making. Conduct research, evaluate and recommend organization business solutions.
Note:
There is one position available, and the position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Organizational Development Analyst I, job grade 6; Organizational Development Analyst II, job grade 7, Organizational Development Analyst III, job grade 8; or Senior Organizational Development Analyst, job grade 9. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.

Senior Organizational Development Analyst
Hiring Salary Range: $96,000-$121,000
Organizational Development Analyst III
Hiring Salary Range: $86,000-$108,000
Organizational Development Analyst II
Hiring Salary Range: $77,000-$96,000
Organizational Development Analyst I
Hiring Salary Range: $70,000-$86,000
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Responsibilities:
•Manage database of corporate policies, programs and procedures. Supports document owners with creating, updating and improving documents. Assists in audits, regulatory reviews and legal requests regarding documents.
•Partners internally provide support and resources to facilitate alternative solutions to strategic problems as requested.
•Research and reports on statistical information and best practices as requested.
•Acts as project manager on various People and Culture and other organizational projects as assigned.
•Supports planning and execution of educational and engagement events and initiatives.
•Drafts documents and reports, including surveys, Intranet articles, programs and procedures, and a variety of other documentation and correspondence.
•Represents the company and/or the People and Culture department at various internal and external industry committees and work groups, as assigned.
•Assists with the preparation of the annual budget.
•Because Tri-State is an electric utility with continuous service obligations to its customers, regular, reliable, and predictable performance of the essential functions and responsibilities is an essential function of the job.
•Because Tri-State has an obligation to provide continuous, reliable electric service to its customers, the ability to work overtime at any time of the day or week is considered an essential function of the job.

Qualifications:
Education and Training
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
•Ability to interact with and develop relationships at all levels of the organization and with external customers.
•Extensive knowledge of industry standards and protocols, including business and technology, and related areas.
•Knowledge of business or electric utility operations, rates, finance, planning and process evaluation and measurement.
•Expertise in cost/benefit analysis, total cost of ownership analysis and project scoring.
•General knowledge of regulations and operating practices affecting electric utilities.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to effectively and creatively draft documents with limited direction.
Experience:
•Eight (8) plus years of experience in business or electric utility, consulting, planning and/or operations.
•Experience supporting development projects to meet corporate initiatives.
•Extensive experience developing programs and processes.
•Project management experience including coordination and management of multiple projects in support of corporate initiatives.
•Experience in supporting event planning.
Other:
•Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, on an annual basis.
•(Must possess a valid driver’s license.)
DESIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience coordinating the work of others preferred.

: The above requirements describe the experience and education qualifications for the Senior Organizational Development Analyst. Those with less experience will be hired at the I, II or III job grade level.
