Amsoil is currently seeking a Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst – CRM Specialist is responsible for working with stakeholders to define, analyze and document the CRM software and process flow requirements for enhancements as well as identify opportunities for new and/or improved functionality and processes while building trusted relationships with internal clients. This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the Corporate Office located in Superior, Wisconsin.
Core Responsibilities:•Implementing, analyzing enhancing, modifying and testing the CRM application to meet business requirements in the areas related to sales, operations, finance and other functional areas.
•Continuously improving business processes and performance.
•Analyze the system and processes to define alternative solutions and functional specifications to solve system related issues.
•Work with users to support the CRM business applications and investigate operation problems or system requirements.
•Provide the primary analysis to recommend modifications to external software packages or processes to meet business requirements.
•Provide support and maintenance to the existing CRM system.
•This position will not be limited to the CRM and can include other systems such as our ERP - EnterpriseOne (JDEdwards) and MS Click Dimensions.
Position Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in related computer field or equivalent work experience
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field
•In-depth experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
•Experience working with ERP systems; EnterpriseOne (JD Edwards) preferred
•Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws such as Payment Card Industry Standards
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Keen attention to detail
•Highly self-motivated and directed
•Strong understanding and ability to demonstrate project management skills
•Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into system, issues and products as required.
•Demonstrate good analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to internal system issues and third-party applications as required.
•Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
•High level of business insight along with process and business application knowledge
•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
•Strong customer service orientation
•Proven success working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
