Support organization strategic initiatives through management and development of corporate policies, programs, and procedures relating to organizational development and manage People and Culture strategies and processes in support of these corporate strategies and initiatives. Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities. Apply and integrate predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision making. Conduct research, evaluate and recommend organization business solutions.
Note: There is one position available, and the position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Organizational Development Analyst I, job grade 6; Organizational Development Analyst II, job grade 7, Organizational Development Analyst III, job grade 8; or Senior Organizational Development Analyst, job grade 9. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
