POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst (“Analyst”) to support strategic projects and initiatives across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and enhance the employee experience. In addition to supporting project efforts, the successful candidate will be a key contributor to the evolution of the Organizational Change Management Office.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
•Develop and execute change management strategies to support the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, identify affected audiences, and develop tailored adoption strategies.
•Create and deliver engaging communication materials, including presentations and infographics.
•Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
•Identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues.
•Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback; adjust strategies as needed.
•Serve as a subject matter expert in change management, providing coaching and guidance to project teams and business leaders.
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies, tools, and templates.
•Ensure alignment of messaging and content with enterprise goals, internal brand, and employee experience standards.
•Present change strategies and updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
•Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, stakeholders, and project team members.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•5+ years of relevant experience.
•Expertise in change management principles and methodologies.
•Experience leading change efforts in IT implementations, digital transformation, or enterprise system rollouts.
•Strong understanding of project management approaches, tools and project lifecycle phases and integration of change management activities into the project plan.
•Proven change management delivery track record (strong planning and execution discipline).
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint); experience with Adobe Captivate or similar tools is a plus.
•CCMP, Prosci or similar certification is preferred.

•Excellent facilitation and consensus-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide discussions and drive effective decision-making.
•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
•Skilled at navigating ambiguity and resolving conflicting objectives to maintain project alignment and momentum.
•Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and experience adhering to structured problem, change, and incident management processes.
•Willingness to travel to company locations as needed (up to 10%).
•Regular and reliable attendance.
