We are seeking a

Senior Change Management Specialist

to join our Organizational Change Management team in a permanent role. Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Change Management, at Emera, you will lead complex change initiatives that drive transformation and optimize adoption across business processes, systems, and strategic initiatives.

You will play a key role in shaping internal change management practices, supporting leaders through transitions, and contributing to the development of foundational tools. As a senior team member on a team of 6, you may be required to coach and guide the work of others occasionally.
