Are you a change management professional interested in making a difference in how our teams at Enbridge are supported through change?
In this role, you will design and lead change management efforts to enable Projects’ strategic focus by effectively embedding technology, process and culture change and adopting new ways of working within Projects. You do this by coaching, advising, planning, preparing for and orchestrating changes with leaders. This role contributes to building organizational change capability in our leaders and initiative teams.

What you will do:
•Develop change strategies and approaches for assigned initiatives, working in collaboration with other functions as needed.
•Use Enbridge (Prosci based) methodology to develop change management plans and deliverables.
•Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to assess potential or actual change impacts and integration of change management activities into the project plan. This includes coaching senior leaders on effective change sponsorship.
•Lead the development of communication and engagement material including key messages, sponsor communications and presentations.
•Identify people risks and barriers to implementation that may arise; develop mitigations and proactively manage them throughout the project lifecycle.
•Develop metrics, monitor and measures outcomes related to business readiness and rate of adoption, taking corrective action where required.
Who you are:
•Post secondary degree in communications, business management, psychology, human resources or education.
•Minimum 6 years or related experience or combination of formal education, certification and experience. Note for those who do not possess a degree require 3 more years of experience.
•Experience designing and executing change management strategies and plans on large projects using a structured approach.
•Change management certification (Prosci preferred).
•Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. This includes the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear and concise communication for different audiences.
•Strong customer focus, taking initiative in proposing or delivering on a solution.
•Experience working with and advising senior leadership; can influence without authority.
