Expected salary range of $112,500 to $125,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on minimizing the impact of organizational change and optimizing results from the transformation, with a specialized focus in visual storytelling and bringing concepts to life through infographics and design elements in PowerPoint. This position emphasizes the importance of imaginative thinking, continuous improvement, and innovative approaches to processes, bringing people along on a digital literacy journey. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in executive communication, visual storytelling through PowerPoint, and experience in leveraging multiple technical platforms to facilitate change management.
