We are hiring an Operations Technician I/II
in

this is your opportunity to join a company that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure.- Conduct fieldwork and operate safely in full compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Encourage good employee safety practices and participate in employee safety culture and procedure updates
- Develop and implement operational feedback and solutions for planned/unplanned maintenance, projects, and performance improvements
- Manage personal training schedules, meeting all requirements within designated time frames
- Obtain certifications (OSHA 10, scissor lift, sky lift, forklift) within 2 months of employment
- Maintain company equipment, tooling, and facilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on server hardware and associated equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
- Monitor and analyze performance data including power, temperature, and related metrics
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for equipment repair, replacement, or upgrades
- Maintain accurate inventory records including serial numbers, locations, and specifications
- Enforce security protocols to protect operational facilities
- Stay updated with the latest industry technology and best practices
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflow and facility performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in assigned facilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting servers or computer hardware
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues
- Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and cooling solutions used in data centers
- Technical certifications or degrees in electrical engineering, networking, IT, or related fields
- Familiarity with mining software and monitoring tools (CGMiner, Bitmain Antminer Toolkit, etc.)
- Ability to solve problems independently with high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated collaborative teamwork
- Work performed in industrial data center/mining facility environments with exposure to loud noise, high-heat environments, air particulates from equipment and facility operations, and varying/extreme weather conditions.
- Regular physical effort, including lifting over 50 pounds, may be required·
- May require weekends, nights, or on-call work as a regular part of the job·
- Majority of work on-site; office environments may also be included
