The Opportunity

As our Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our logistics and warehouse operations in El Cajón, CA. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, hands-on, and solution-oriented. You’ll oversee everything from deliveries and transfers to inventory control, ensuring our yard and warehouse teams have the guidance and support they need to operate safely and efficiently. Competitive Compensation: Starting salary in the $80,000 – $90,000 range (depending on experience), with potential for performance-based growth.
