Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fence Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fence construction and installation, with the ability to lead and oversee projects from start to finish. Willing to pay top dollar for experience.
Responsibilities
•
Supervise daily operations on the job site, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
•
Read and interpret work orders to guide project execution.
•
Coordinate with project managers to develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
•
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
•
Utilize tools and ensure proper handling of equipment.
•
Conduct inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
•
Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
•
Assist in construction estimating by providing input on labor needs, materials, and timelines.
Skills
•
Proficient in reading and interpretation.
•
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
•
Familiarity with using relevant tools in fence erection tasks.
•
Understanding of OSHA standards and commitment to maintaining safety on the job site.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:

8 hour shift
•
Day shift
•
Weekends as needed
