Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction techniques and a strong understanding of fence installation processes. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and client specifications. The Fence Installer will work collaboratively with team members on construction sites, utilizing hand tools and machinery to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

•

Assemble and install various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental metal.

•

Build and construct fence frameworks according to design specifications.

•

Perform concrete forming and finishing for fence posts and other structures as needed.

•

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure quality installations.

•

Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation practices based on terrain and environmental factors.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high safety standards.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.

•

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process, making necessary adjustments as required.

Skills

•

Proficiency in concrete forming, finishing, and masonry techniques.

•

Experience in hardscape installation related to fencing projects.

•

Strong ability to assemble and build various fence types using hand tools and power equipment.

•

Familiarity with frame carpentry principles as they apply to fence construction.

•

Capability to weld when necessary for metal fencing installations.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in execution of tasks.

•

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

•

Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members on-site.
