Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, particularly in installing various types of fencing. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Fence Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Duties

•

Install various types of fencing including wood, aluminum, vinyl, chain link, and wrought iron.

•

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.

•

Perform heavy lifting and maneuver materials as needed on construction sites.

•

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

•

Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation methods.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

•

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during installations.

Qualifications

•

Previous experience in fence installation or related fields such as hardscape, landscape maintenance, or carpentry is preferred.

•

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

•

Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.

•

Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques is a plus.

•

Experience with welding is advantageous but not required.

•

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

•

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
