About This Job

Fence Installer

We are looking for a reliable Fence Installer for Fencing to tend to our customer’s fencing requirements. Installers will be responsible for installing customer's fencing with 100% customer satisfaction. They should also ensure that job sites are free from waste and debris before leaving the job site, as well as making sure the job is completed and walk with the homeowner before leaving the site.

Spanish Speaking is a plus to help translate with customers.

Responsibilities

•

Be at work at required time - on time

•

Follow instructions given by the Installation & Crew Foreman

•

Be able to install different types of fencing such as Vinyl, Wood, Chain Link and Aluminum

•

Removing and clearing old fences, debris, rocks, and preparing the ground

•

Mixing and pouring concrete in post holes

•

Cutting and installing posts and fence rails

•

Examining if the fences are installed correctly

Additional Responsibilities

•

Clean up jobsite

•

Reload and secure all materials on truck upon job completion

•

Maintain proper use of all equipment

•

Upon return to shop, unload as necessary and properly dispose of waste material, clean and replenish truck as directed by foreman

•

Support other operations in any capacity required as available and as needed

Requirements

•

No criminal record and MUST be able to pass a background check. No exceptions (required)

•

High school diploma in any discipline

•

A valid driver license with reliable transportation to and from work. (required)

•

Proven work experience in the Fence industry (preferable)

•

Knowledge of different kinds of fencing like vinyl, wood, chain link and aluminum fences (preferable)

•

Familiarity with fencing installation tools and equipment such as diggers, reciprocating saw, drills, level, shovel, and circular saw (required)

•

Good communication and interpersonal skills (required)

•

Ability to lift heavy objects (required)

•

An eye for detail

•

Ability to work for long periods of time and on weekends if applicable

•

Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction
