Senior Fencing Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in installation processes, with a focus on quality and efficiency. As a Senior Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client specifications. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects while mentoring junior installers.

Required Skills and Experience:

 Must submit to a background screening with no current warrants (previous offenses do not

automatically disqualify an applicant. The nature of the offense will be taken into

consideration)

 A valid driver’s license required

 A minimum of 12 months experience as a level 1 team member (prior experienced taken into

consideration)

 Ability to take direction and supervision

 Motivation to “get the job done” even when managing a heavy workload and tight deadlines

 Ability to accurately and thoroughly complete paperwork

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written

 Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor, and positive attitude

 Ability to work as a member of a team

 Keen attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills

 Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment

 Ability to work weekends/longer hours when required

 Ability to physically handle (lift, carry, etc.) a minimum of 80 lbs

 Must have own transportation

 Clean drivers record

 Safe and defensive driving habits

 Experience with smartphones for time entry

 Knowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power saws, painters, augers, drivers etc.)

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Physical & Environmental Demands will include but not be limited to:

 sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting of upper body, and manual dexterity for

operation of construction and construction-related machines/equipment

 Vision to include: near, far, visual accommodation, color, and depth perception

 Must be able to hear sound(s) clearly and distinctly to effectively receive, understand and

reiterate information

 Lifting and manual labor is required, and often in extreme environmental conditions
