We are seeking an
Operations Managerto join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and technically skilled individual who thrives in adaptive environments and is passionate about problem-solving and client interaction.
:
· Lead and support site installations and technical service engagements with clients across various mining locations.
· Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless production, quality assurance, and timely delivery of equipment.
· Review bid packages to ensure technical compliance and alignment with company mandate of quality, timing and value.
· Manage product lifecycle from manufacturing, installation, and ongoing maintenance support.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, administration, sales and marketing) to ensure seamless operations.
· Provide on-site and remote technical support, including troubleshooting and client training.
· Tailor solutions to meet client-specific requirements and solve real-world challenges.
· Be a key technical liaison on behalf of the company.

· 2-5 years of experience in a technical or operational leadership role.
· Experience in health & safety, mining and/or mineral exploration.
· SolidWorks knowledge for 3D modelling and product optimization is an asset.
· Proven ability to adapt to varied work environments (office, workshop, site).
