Operations Manager – Addison, TX Salary: $100,000/year Weekly Pay | Full Benefits | In-Office Leadership Role | Propane Operations

Butch’s Propane is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our remote propane operations from our office in Addison, Texas. This is a critical in-office leadership role responsible for driving field coordination, cross-departmental communication, and operational efficiency across divisions in multiple states.

Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support propane operations across Texas from the Addison office

- Plan and coordinate field operations to meet business objectives and service timelines

- Maintain consistent communication with field personnel, senior management, and customers

- Track operational performance and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements

- Oversee yard and shop organization in line with company standards

- Collaborate with HR, DOT, and Safety departments to implement compliance programs, resolve employee issues, and support disciplinary processes

- Address operational challenges including driver delays, missing BOLs, and customer service concerns

- Recommend process improvements related to technology, logistics, and systems

- Serve as the main liaison between corporate leadership and field operations

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or propane/oil field services

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, schedules, and operational priorities

- Familiar with DOT compliance, safety protocols, and industry regulations

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and capable of navigating operational software platforms to support logistics, compliance, and team coordination.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
