Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation and Administrative Assistant to facilitate daily office functions and support the smooth growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a "right-hand" professional, possessing strong communication skills and an interest in office operations and accounting. This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to our team’s efficiency, balancing administrative support with light supervisory duties.
- Daily Operations: Coordinate daily office activities to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.
- Team Coordination: Act as a lead for administrative staff, supervising daily tasks and assisting with training and development initiatives.
- Financial Support: Handle invoicing, light vendor management, and the processing of customer reports.
- Data & Records: Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems in compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Inventory & Procurement: Monitor office supplies and oversee the procurement process to ensure the team has necessary resources.
- Adaptability: While direct experience in this specific role is not required, we are looking for a fast learner with a "can-do" attitude.
- Organization: Proven experience in time management and a high level of attention to detail in clerical tasks.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in the MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Accounting Knowledge: Prior experience with QuickBooks Online is strongly preferred.
