We are growing and looking to add to our team! This is full time in-person position provides sales, dispatch and administrative support for the company, as part of the office sales/marketing team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls, quote prices, and receive orders for septic services.
- Schedule services according to factors like truck capacities, distances to sites, and septic pumping timelines.
- Prepare work orders, invoices, and related documents to complete scheduled services. Maintain contact with drivers to expedite services.
- Provide excellent sales and customer service for our Septic customers.
- Make outgoing marketing calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Dispatch Experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, QuickBooks, Google Calendar, and Google Docs is helpful.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to project a professional company image through both in-person and phone interaction.
