Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, upbeat attitude are essential. Responsibilities also include processing payments, entering delivery orders into the system, and managing office supplies.
- Enter orders into the company’s software system accurately and efficiently.
- Greet and welcome guests, providing assistance and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them as needed.
- Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.
- Coordinate and plan office functions and events.
- Process customer payments promptly and accurately.
- High School Diploma
- Two years of Higher Education or Related Experience
- Experience as front desk representative
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of principles and practices of office organization, planning, records management, and general administration
