Often our customer come in while planning a project or while experiencing costly equipment breakdowns. You will be required to provide our customers with expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems. This is a service and parts center and our ability to get customers’ business often depends on your ability to provide them with the right part or solution in a quick and efficient manner. During this process you will be building ongoing business relationships and cultivating new business.
As an Office Associate/ Inside Sales you will work in a team environment, however, must be self-motivated and be driven by a desire to exceed expectations. Must have a sense of urgency, able to prioritize and multitask efficiently to provide the customers with the right solution. Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers is critical. Must be able to take direction in complex situations. Knowledge of QuickBooks and industry related experience is a plus.
§ Assist customers in person and by phone
§ Identify parts for customers solution by clarifying their needs and recommending parts
§ Stock bins and inventory stock for purchasing agent
§ Email & file all customer invoices
§ All other duties & responsibilities as assigned
§ Ability to lift objects weighing 50+ pounds
§ Work effectively with other team members
