About This Job

Our Company is seeking a dependable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is perfect for someone who is teachable, organized, and ready to contribute to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents

•

Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable

•

Conduct research as needed

•

Support overall administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations

We are looking for an individual with:

Willingness to learn and grow with the team

QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required

•

Excellent organizational and time management skills
