We’re a fast-growing company in the renewable energy space, focused on helping low-income residents save money through Community Solar. As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to help keep things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Position Overview:
The Office Assistant will provide general administrative support to help with the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and looking for flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer phone calls and emails professionally
•Organize and file documents (digital and paper)
•Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
•Prepare materials for events and outreach
•Track customer sign-ups and update records
•Perform other general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Comfortable using basic software (Google Docs, Sheets, email, etc.)
•Good communication skills – written and verbal
•Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
•Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
•Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Hours:
•Part-time: 10–20 hours/week
•Flexible scheduling during regular business hours
•Opportunity for more hours as company grows
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,750.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
