Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing manufacturing business. This role involves bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable & receivable, as well as helping the management team stay organized and efficient with data entry, filing, scheduling and general administrative support. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys creating order, being a supportive role in the office, and helping to keep things on track behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting software (Sage50/Simply Accounting), a good handle on financial processes, and a positive demeanor to keep things moving. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
