Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Part‑Time Office Administration Assistant to support our daily office operations. This is an entry‑level role, perfect for someone starting their career or returning to the workforce. We provide full training, and for the right person, this position can grow into a permanent full‑time role as responsibilities increase and the company continues to expand.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Simply Accounting
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to support daily office functions
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, patients, or vendors
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings to ensure efficient office workflow
- Maintain organized files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support administrative projects and perform miscellaneous duties to enhance office productivity
- No previous office experience required — we will train you
- Comfortable using a computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new tasks
- Customer service experience is an asset but not required
