Overview:

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking a

. The Quality Inspector will perform inspections, checks, and tests for quality control for the manufacture of products.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Performs final quality inspection of finished products in accordance with established procedures.

·        Documents of all instances of rejected products or raw material problems in daily production reports.

·        Inspect welds, machine parts, and check assembly of parts.

·        Verify Welder’s are using correct WPS, and weld material per drawings.

·        Documents appropriate information for quality inspection reports for each order.

·        Creates and maintains current files for all quality related correspondence.

·        Help in resolves customer complaints or problems regarding rejected or non-conforming products.

·        Reports any unusual discrepancies or problems promptly to management.

·        Suggests new testing or inspection methods to minimize inspection efforts required.

·        Train co-workers in quality control concepts as requested.

·        Performs necessary maintenance of equipment as needed.

·        Scan floor folders to project files

Hayden Industrial has determined this position involves safety-sensitive job duties and will be considered a safety-sensitive position for purpose of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act (“The Unity Bill.”) effective August 29th, 2019.

Education and Experience:

·        High school diploma or equivalent.

·        1 – 3 years’ experience as quality inspector required.

·        Welding experience or NDE experience is helpful

·        Ability to read blueprints.

·        Good written and oral communication skills.

·        Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
