QC Inspector

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor and report Quality Assurance and Quality Control aspects of required work scope package(s).

- Control and ensure the accuracy of all required component parts.

- Completion of various inspection and quality reports.

- Mechanical and inspection report completion to the required standard.

- Ensure traceability of all parts required and documentation trail are in place.

- Record and document traceable information which will be required to certify the manufacturing process, to the highest standard.

- Perform all work-related duties as assigned.

- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies, procedures and guidelines.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Strategic

- 2+ years of hands-on Dimensional inspection experience utilizing precision tools included but not limited to: Calipers, OD Mics, Dial Indicators, etc.

- Ability to understand, evaluate and apply technical information (Functional Technical Learning).

- Proven ability to read and comprehend GDNT drawings and Critical Dimension reports.

- Comprehension of MTR's and NDT certificates.

- Knowledge of Coatings a plus
