This part-time position includes meeting new home buyers, conducting homeowner orientation, walk-throughs and documenting any potential construction issues. This remote position requires travel in Manhattan, NY and the surrounding area.

We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members to conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes and residential construction is preferred. Are you a retired carpenter, floor installer, appraiser or retired with residential construction experience such as home remodeling or home inspection experience? If so, we'd love to hear from you as well!
Work setting: Remote in the Manhattan, NY area. You must be able to commute daily to Manhattan, NY and the surrounding area.
Work Schedule: Work as needed, no weekends or late nights
