This part-time position includes meeting new home buyers, conducting homeowner orientation, walk-throughs and documenting any potential construction issues. This remote positions requires travel across all of Atlanta and surrounding areas. 90% north of the perimeter.
To be considered for the position, you must reside in Atlanta or the surrounding area and be able to commute in and around Atlanta.
We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members to conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes, residential construction or high end luxury properties is preferred.
Work setting: Remote in the Atlanta, GA area
