This part-time position includes meeting new home buyers, conducting homeowner orientation, walk-throughs and documenting any potential construction issues. This remote positions requires travel in Birmingham, AL and the surrounding area.

We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members to conduct all business in a professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers. Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes and residential construction is preferred.
