Responsibilities:
•Manage buyers effectively throughout their home buying experience from initial contact, through construction of home and after closing.
•Have complete knowledge of assigned community’s demographics such as schools, shopping, parks, churches, accessibility, events, etc.
•Maintain accurate files of pricing, floor plans, elevations, options, features, products, memos, buyers, prospects, and properties, updating all systems daily.
•Preserve models, specs, sales offices, and subdivision in excellent appearance by maintaining clean, organized, and properly merchandized according to Standard Operating Procedures, request repairs and maintenance as needed.
•Ensure that all community signage is clear, visible and in good condition, install available and sold signs as needed.
•Plan, implement and execute Marketing strategies from monthly community Marketing calendar.
•Create content for the community and our guest's home buying experience.
•Maintain constant flow of communication with buyers on contract, construction progress, loan needs, community updates, answers to customers concerns, new leads/prospects, community developments, availability, new programs or products and referrals.
•Monitor condition of homes while under construction to anticipate buyers’ construction and spec concerns and ensure homes are ready for orientation.
•Maintain a current and complete market and competition analysis of community and report to Area Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing Manager including competitors pricing, availability, floor plans, features, product, quality, special discounts, promotions, and events.
•Maintain professional working relationships with lenders and realtors to facilitate good working relations and establish expectations for each other.
•Organize community events such as luncheons to improve relations and customer service with clients and prospects in conjunction with and approval from Sales and Marketing Leadership.
•Establish realistic expectations with buyers and prospects through a professional sales presentation, demonstrating homes features, through policies and procedures and company bio-Interview to identify needs, wants, desires and concerns.
•Explain preferred lender benefits and assist buyer with loan process, helping them prepare needed documents, arranging loan application date and giving buyer appropriate contact information.
•Ensure you present yourself in a professional manner, while maintaining an insightful and enthusiastic team focused environment.
•Maintain positive communication channels to help the flow of information from department to department.
•Participate in training when needed. This includes learning product knowledge, procedural proficiencies, and computer software.
•Adhere to departmental operating guidelines and View Homes’ Employee Manual.

EXPERIENCE: One-year experience in a home sales environment or related field.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
EEO/OSHA/ADA: Able to manipulate and use CRT/screens, keyboards, mouse/pointing devices, etc., associated with contemporary computers. Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
