MOLDING/SINTERING OPERATOR (2nd and or 3rd Shift To be determined)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Molding/Sintering Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining molding and sintering equipment, ensuring high-quality production of plastic components. This role requires mechanical aptitude, familiarity with various manufacturing processes, and attention to detail to meet quality standards and production deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Operate molding and sintering machinery

- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools to verify product specifications.

- Complete SPC Charts

- Document production data accurately and report any issues or deviations from quality standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

- Experience in manufacturing environments

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

- Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools for quality inspection.

- Understanding of manufacturing principles and materials handling procedures.

- Ability to work in a group environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.

Pay: $18.50 - $19.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
