This role is responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of mineral resources while supporting sustainable, safe, and cost-effective operations.
Responsibilities:
Mine Planning
•Develop and maintain long-term mine plans that support production goals and resource optimization across all mining sites.
•Create and update short- and mid-range mine plans in coordination with plant managers and operations teams.
•Oversee mine sequencing and scheduling to ensure consistent feed quality and minimize costs.
Resource & Reserve Management
•Lead geological exploration, modeling, and reserve estimation activities.
