Project Manager – Oil & Gas Industry

The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, from proposal to delivery, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the Project Execution Plan (PEP), including scope, schedule, and cost.

- Lead coordination of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

- Oversee client communications and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

- Assign project team roles and responsibilities at each stage.

- Control deliverables, man-hours, and design changes.

- Prepare and review project proposals and technical submissions.

- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Drive excellence in safety, quality, and performance across all disciplines.

Qualifications

- Member (or eligible for membership) of a provincial professional order, depending on the region of practice.

- Minimum 15 years of project management experience in oil and gas.

- Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on field experience.

- Proven leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.
