Mechanical Designer

MECHANICAL DESIGNER

I3 Engineering, Home | I3 Engineering & Consulting, is searching for a Mechanical Designer. The Designer is responsible for drafting plans for the natural gas industry using AutoCAD and related mechanical drafting software to design pipelines, meter stations, compressor stations, etc.

The successful candidate will possess experience in the following areas:

- Experience in design and/or drafting using design software such as AutoCAD or other Autodesk products.

- Familiarity with CAD Worx or Autodesk Plant is preferred.

- Knowledge of mechanical engineering and design is preferred but not required.

- Attention to detail.

- Must be a team player.

- Self-starter with ability to work without close supervision.

- Strong math aptitude.

I3 offers a salary range of $25-$35/hour commensurate with experience and great benefits including medical/dental, life insurance, short- and long-term disability and a 401k plan.
