Material Support 2nd Shift River Falls

We’re looking for a reliable Material Support team member to join our River Falls division. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience and thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You’ll play a key role in safely moving, prepping, and packaging materials to keep production running smoothly. This position works Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am, with occasional overtime on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts and other industrial equipment to move and stage materials.

- Prep, package, and label materials according to customer specifications and quality standards.

- Pull and stage customer supply orders based on daily schedules.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are stored properly.

- Keep warehouse, packaging, and shipping areas clean, organized, and safe.

- Report quality concerns or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

- Previous forklift experience required (additional lift equipment experience a plus).

- Knowledge of warehouse and packaging standards.

- Ability to read, count, and measure accurately.

- Experience with hand tools beneficial.

- Strong teamwork skills with ability to work independently when needed.

Working Environment

- Manufacturing, warehouse, and outdoor settings with varying weather conditions.

- Mandatory overtime may be required.
