Job Summary

Join our dynamic metal recycling production team as a Material Sorter, where your energy and mechanical aptitude will drive efficiency and sustainability. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, inspecting, and preparing metal materials for recycling processes. Your keen eye for detail and hands-on skills will ensure that materials are accurately categorized and safely handled, supporting our commitment to environmental responsibility and operational excellence. Responsibilities

- Efficiently sort metal scrap by type, size, and quality .

- Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials .

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and operational flow.

- Assist in tasks related to metal processing, supporting continuous production efforts.

- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Work in Outdoors and all weather conditions.

- Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds.

Experience

- Familiarity with forklift operation and certification is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided.

- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment or assist with minor repairs is beneficial.
