Responsibilities

- Sort recyclable metal materials accurately using manual techniques and mechanical equipment such as forklifts and skid loaders

- Operate mobile equipment including forklifts and skid loaders to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the facility

- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards by conducting routine safety checks and adhering to proper materials handling procedures

Skills

- Proficiency in operating mobile equipment such as forklifts and skidloaders a plus

- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations and materials handling

- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues

- Ability to perform lifting of at least 60 pounds safely and efficiently during sorting and loading tasks
