The opportunity
We are currently looking for a Marketing & Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing company. Working as an integral part of our team, he or she will focus on project and marketing delivering within the company and to our clients across North America.
Key responsibilities
•Assist in crafting and implementing marketing and advertising strategies, including developing content for various platforms like websites, social media, and email.
•Manage and engage with the company's social media presence, creating content and engaging with followers
•Assists in creating project plans, participates in project planning and project management meetings.
•Engage in meetings with clients, contractors, and other consultants regarding project management and follow up.
•Assist in planning and organizing events like trade shows, meetings, and promotional presentations.
•Prepare the contract documents including the specifications.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
•At least 2 years work experience in marketing or sales.
•Work experience in project management will be a strong asset.
•English and Mandarin speaking will be required.
•Knowledge of Generator, Standby Battery, Chiller and Data Center will be a strong asset.
•Self-starter and a team player in a diversified and dynamic and fast-paced product development environment.
•Customer service oriented with respect to quality and accuracy.
•Problem-solving and resourcefulness.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
