High Performance Homes (HPH) is now hiring for an experienced Project Coordinator, ideally in the home remodeling - construction industry, with experience in windows and siding, needed as soon as possible.

The Project Coordinator position is a wonderful opportunity to work with a great team of professionals to provide our customers with a high quality installation and stellar customer service. Candidates with scheduling experience involving multiple subcontractors and vendors for remodeling projects involving either roofing, windows and/or siding is definitely a plus!! Skills and Competencies Required:

Proficient computer skills, experience with Google platform a plus

•

Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines

•

Strong sense of urgency and ability to be successful in a fast paced environment

•

Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships both internally and externally with our customers

Specific Job Duties

•

Scheduling of subcontractors and vendors for projects related to roofing, siding, gutters

•

Assisting with permits permits for subcontractor work to be conducted

•

Assist with material orders to include material reconciliation and return of excess materials

•

Build rapport and develop relationships with vendors and customers alike

•

Coordinate and communicate with all customers by phone, email and/or text, regarding scheduling of their projects

•

Coordinate various projects simultaneously

•

High attention to detail and follow through

•

Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
