Marketing / Creative Design Coordinator

to join our team and help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Position Summary

The Marketing / Creative Design Coordinator will create, manage, and deliver high-quality digital and print marketing materials that support brand initiatives and sales objectives. This role works closely with our sales team, develops targeted marketing campaigns, manages product photography, and coordinates the company’s presence at trade shows and conventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce marketing materials including catalogs, brochures, product sheets, advertisements, email campaigns, social media graphics, and trade show assets.

- Develop engaging visual content using

Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-based video tools

, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

- Manage and execute

email campaigns (Constant Contact)

from design to performance tracking.

- Capture and edit

product photography

for use in catalogs, websites, and promotional materials.

- Support sales staff by creating

custom product images, promotional flyers, and sales collateral

.

- Coordinate

trade show and convention logistics

, including booth setup, event marketing, and promotional materials.

- Maintain a

digital asset library

and ensure materials are accurate and up to date.

- Update and maintain the company website with new or discontinued products.

- Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus).

- Experience with

Canva

and AI-based content creation tools.

- Knowledge of

email marketing platforms

(Constant Contact preferred).

- Strong

photography skills

(product photography and editing).

- Strong

visual design skills

with attention to detail and consistency.

- Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Strong

communication and collaboration skills

to support sales and marketing.

- Experience in

trade show/event planning

is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities

- Provide light technology support and coordinate with outsourced IT vendors for major issues and upgrades.

- Assist with CRM system use, supporting sales staff with functionality.

- Support technology upgrades and implementation projects.
