SUMMARY

The Marketing & Design Associate at Imperative Chemical Partners has 3-5 years of professional design experience and is eager to contribute to a wide range of visual projects, including presentations, technical brochures, trade show materials, and digital content. This role offers an opportunity to grow creatively while working within the visual brand guidelines and marketing goals of the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and produce visual content for all digital and print platforms

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts

- Ensure consistency with brand identity across all projects

- Create professional presentations with strong PowerPoint proficiency to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and data to internal and external stakeholders

- Assist in preparing assets for web and print production

- Revise and update designs based on feedback.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.

- Understanding of regional market dynamics and digital marketing approaches, preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles and typography

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

- A portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects

- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Ensure all designs align with corporate branding and quality standards
