Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Marine Coordination Supervisor to lead our marine operations and fuel/lubricant scheduling. This position is critical in managing daily marine fuel and lubricant transfers, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory controls—both bulk and packaged products.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Coordinate and schedule marine fuel and lubricant deliveries to vessels

•     Work directly with vessel agents, captains, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

•     Manage marine lubricant accounts and provide excellent customer service

•     Oversee inventory for bulk and packaged goods (drums, pails, etc.), including monthly physical audits

•     Dispatch loads and work closely with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure safe and efficient operations

•     Communicate with sales team and internal departments to support order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

•     Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations

•     Analyze operations and recommend process improvements for efficiency and service

Qualifications:

•     Minimum 5 years of experience in fuel/lubricant distribution, marine coordination, or logistics operations

•     Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

•     Class B license preferred

•     Strong understanding of marine operations and fuel transfer protocols

•     Proficient in scheduling and dispatching software

•     Excellent communication and customer service skills

•     Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

•     Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

•     Must be able to work flexible hours and be available on-call as needed

Preferred Skills:

•     Knowledge of marine industry standards and practices

•     Familiarity with fuel quality testing and documentation

•     Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory software, and CRM tools
