Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the reliable and safe operation of the fleet vehicles and equipment within the service areas. Fleet Operations Supervisors supervise crews to assure work is coordinated and completed safely, efficiently and on schedule. Fleet Operations Supervisors ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies and procedures, as well as job specifications and regulatory standards. Fleet Operations Supervisors provide leadership to their crews, utilizing departmental background, interpersonal skills, coaching skills and technical expertise while fostering an environment conducive to employee development.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required in Business or Engineering

Experience:

Requires a minimum of 5 years of fleet experience in Gas or Electric Operations.
